PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $147,800.00-$180,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $114,700.00 - $213,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. What You’ll Do

Own the Vision and Strategy: Shape the vision and strategy for complex products within a business function.Drive Decision Making: Influence decision-making within the context of complex products and the organization’s business strategy.Manage Product Development: Oversee the flow of research, concept development, UX design, and delivery of products and services to enhance assigned capabilities.Prioritize Release Goals: Set and manage release goals and priorities within and across products.Monitor Product Performance: Define and monitor product performance metrics to track effectiveness in achieving business outcomes.Present Ideas Using Data: Effectively communicate ideas utilizing data to all levels of the organization.Capture Insights and Lessons Learned: Continuously capture and assess insights and lessons learned to modify the vision and roadmap as needed.Build Product Relationships: Build and manage product-related vendor relationships and identify key collaborators across the capability and business ecosystem.Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and industry trends and recommend changes and updates as needed.Understand the Member’s Voice: Incorporate the voice of the member into the product design and decision-making process.Manage Product Financials: Oversee product financials including the roll-up and reporting of budgets and approves expenses.Facilitate Information Sharing: Manage and execute information sharing among team members and provide mentoring and guidance.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline.Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience with platform technology.Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

Advanced degreeSelf-directed and able to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.Experience working in an agile environmentPrevious experience determining product marketing strategies based on the voice of the member (customer)Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
